Frisbee
Word list · F
Capitalize Frisbee for the brand name. Flying disc is the general term for the object; use disc golf for the sport when you do not mean a particular brand. Casual use of frisbee does not establish that every flying disc carries that name.
General: Bring a flying disc to the park. Specific: We brought a Wham-O Frisbee disc.
